Difference between Framework and Programming Language

First of all, let us know what a programming language is. So a programming language is a language that a computer can understand. So we have to give commands in the IDE or Text-Editor. So that the compiler compiles the code. So we have to give each and every command in the IDE or Text-Editor. Now It becomes hard to give each and every command so we have to give each command every time we use. 

FrameWork

So we have the set of commands that we use regularly rather than giving a full command. We can give small commands For an example rather than giving full command for the CSS in HTML. We can use the classes so there are so some frameworks like Bootstrap, Bulma and etc. We can use this in our Programming for the better understanding Let me give a daily life example. So if you have tea every day. Then you won't make a mixture every day of tea leaves powder, sugar and etc. You will make a tea powder mixture with all equal ratio. So if you want to drink then you just use that tea powder mixture. Even sometimes we will make mistakes in the ratio of the mixture. So if you make a mixture then there will be no mistakes. Even in programming, we can use these frameworks so that we make any mistakes and we can save our time.
